Flusser Studies is a multilingual journal for cultural and media theory dedicated to the thought of Vilém Flusser. In addition to publishing articles about Flusser’s work, the journal seeks to promote scholarship on different aspects of interdisciplinary and multilingual approaches Flusser developed himself as a writer and philosopher. These approaches range from communication theory to translation studies, cultural Anthropology to new media. Flusser Studies is a peer-reviewed open access journal published twice a year. Publication languages include English, German, French, Portuguese, Czech, Spanish and Italian.

SPECIAL FEATURE "Archiving Flusser"
This special Flusser Studies issue focuses on precious and unique archival projects, which partly already since the 1990s have been dedicated to the accessibility of the work of Vilém Flusser and on the notion of the archive itself.
We are proud to present contributions on Introduction, Flusser-Hypertext, Keyword-Index, Flusser-Quellen, Flusser Files, (Re-)Archiving Flusser, Magma Mater, FlusserBrasil, Performing the Archive and a special report on the Vilém Flusser Archive, in order to create a platform for further discussion.
