This documentation is the result of a visit by the media artist Michael Bielicky at Flusser’s residence in Robion, France, in August 1991. Bielicky documents Flusser on his garden terrace and walks through and around Robion. In a series of short chapters, the film takes us on excursions into Flusser’s thinking on the fall of the Sovietunion, technical revolutions, the culture of linear writing, computer images, as well as the prehistory and history of Southern France.
